We also own 5 hectares of forest which provide us with enough wood for heating and cheese making as well as extra logs for sale.
The eco farming started in 2000. It wasn’t very difficult for us to get used to the new way of farming as we had never used many toxic substances or fertilizers. In 2008 the renovation of the cowshed began in order to make it more animal friendly and also to comply with the eco standards.
We grow organic vegetables in our fields.
